Use a Vape Juice Flavor That You Find More Satisfying

Since you’re already a full-time vaper, we suggest choosing lower-strength salt nic e-liquid, which typically has a nicotine strength of 20-25 mg/ml. That’s usually plenty for people who have already completely stopped smoking.
What are the benefits of switching from a larger vape mod to a smaller pod system? The first benefit is that using a higher nicotine strength will mean that you’ll be able to achieve your desired level of satisfaction while using much less vape juice. When you’re trying to use less vape juice, the ultimate goal is to spend less on vaping – and you’ll certainly do that if you’re using nicotine salt vape juice instead of freebase nicotine e-liquid.
You may also find that switching to a pod system helps you eliminate any compulsive vaping tendencies you might have. We suggest starting out by vaping as you normally would for about a week. Write your puff total down at the end of each day and don’t forget to reset the puff counter the following morning. At the end of the week, you’ll know what your average daily puff count is. Your goal at this point is simply to try to reduce your puff count as slowly and gradually as possible – even if it’s just as little as one puff per day. After a while, you’ll get to a point where you’re more comfortable about the amount of e-liquid you’re using. At that point, you can just vape as normal. It’s a good idea, however, to continue using your puff counter. That way, you can make sure that you don’t let your e-liquid usage creep back up.
