Warranty and Returns
- For all shipping mistakes or Wrong item received: Once the bottle or item of any kind is opened, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. If you receive the wrong e-juice or incorrect item please contact us within 24 hours and we will be happy to correct our mistake.
- Once purchased, all sales are final. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on any of our products on our site regardless if it’s been used or not. If you have any further questions about a particular item, please email us before purchasing.
14-Day Warranty, DOA and Wrong Item Claims:
- Contact our customer service team by email at email@example.com with a description of the problem and your order number. If the issue cannot be resolved via email, we will send you instructions on how to send the product back to us. Replacements are only shipped after the defective item are shipped back to us. The “14-Day Warranty” must be reported to us within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
- We recommend you to test all the products for defects especially if you ordered in bulk. Please notify us as soon as possible if an item is DOA/defective.
- All products (unless it’s stated otherwise) carry a 14-Day warranty against defects due to the manufacturing and/or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that doesn’t fail into the use of the product as intended by the manufacturer. The 14-Day warranty is affective once the item has been received to you, not when it’s been used.
- Items do not cover: cartridges, cartomizers, e-juice and sale items. Discoloration and scratches are not covered by warranty since it’s considered as a wear and tear.
Dead on Arrival (DOA):
- Cartomizers, atomizers, mods, and clearance items are only covered by the DOA warranty. DOA items must be reported to us within 72 hours of receiving the items.
Order Cancellation Policy:
- Submit any cancellation ordered via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.
- Shipping cost incurred are nonrefundable. All replacements and repaired products are shipped USPS First Class. We do recommend using delivery confirmation and tracking when shipping packages back to us.
- We cannot guarantee that our products are compatible with other manufacturers or suppliers.
