Returns & Exchanges
14-Day Return-Exchange Policy:
**For all shipping mistakes or wrong items received: Once the item is opened or tampered with, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.**
- All of our hardware is covered by a 14 day return policy. If you are experiencing problems with your mod or tank, you can submit a return request at the bottom of the page. You can also submit a request if you happened to have ordered or received the wrong item. Our returns department will approve this request within 24 hours of submission. Any additional questions can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Upon approval of your request, we will send you instructions on how to send the product back to us. Replacements are only shipped after the defective or incorrect item/items are shipped back to us. Any issues must be reported to us within 14 days from the date your order was delivered to prevent your request from being denied.
- We recommend testing all products for defects especially if you ordered in bulk. Please notify us as soon as possible if an item is DOA/defective.
- All non-consumable products are backed by our policy to protect our customers from any defects due to the manufacturing. This policy does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the use of the product as intended by the manufacturer. Our return policy is effective once the item has been received, not when it’s been used.
- Discoloration and scratches are not covered by warranty since it is considered wear and tear.
- Any issues that arise after 14 days have past must be taken up directly with the manufacturer. Most products come with a 30 day warranty from the manufacturer.
Dead on Arrival (DOA):
- DOA items must be reported to us within 24 hours to avoid any potential issues.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Shipping cost incurred are nonrefundable. If there is ever an error on our end, we will cover all additional shipping costs in order to correct the issue. All replacements and repaired products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We recommend using delivery confirmation and tracking when shipping packages back to us.
