International Shipping:All international orders must submit ongoing credit card authorization form on first order.
All orders consisting of $250 or more will be shipped to the verified billing address of the cardholder. If said address is unverified by the 6th day, the order will be cancelled. Orders consisting of $150 or more are to be shipped requiring a signature confirmation. This means someone must be available to sign for the package.

Free Priority Shipping is provided for DOMESTIC orders of $100 or more. (After discounts and before tax, for California residents.) Same day shipping on all orders placed before 4PM PST.

The times of transit listed above are estimates. These are estimated times of transit, meaning they do not include the time needed to process, package and drop off your order. Orders are shipped in the order that they are received.
APO/FPO:Orders being shipped to military addresses may take up to 14 days.
*Expedited shipping options mean shorter transit times not processing times. When Your Order Will Be Shipped:At E Cigarette Empire orders are normally processed and shipped within 1 to 2 days of receipt.
Tracking Your Order:The tracking number will be sent to your accounts registered email address once your order has been shipped. In the event that your package is miss-routed or lost it is out of our control and we are not responsible.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
We advise that you review your shipping address carefully when placing your order. Errors with the shipping address will cause delays in processing. We will not reship the package until returned by the courier and the customer has paid to reship the order. All replacement and warranty shipments are shipped using USPS First Class Mail.
Filing a Claim on Lost or Missing Mail:
If your tracking number is not updating or you had a package stating it was "delivered" but never received, we are able to file a claim for you 10 business days after the day the order was shipped. Traces on missing mail can be submitted by the recipient 7 business days after the original ship date.
